After a transformative first event, SKIN CONTACT’s cutting-edge approach to the dark side of electronic music and alternative art in Berlin is going strong. Creating a new dark-queer sub-culture – a mix of old-school punk aesthetics with fresh gender-f*cking concepts of complete sexual freedom and non-conforming lifestyles. Taking over the new KreuzWerk club in Kreuzberg (part of the infamous Ritte Butzke) with fresh Techno & EBM-inspired beats alongside cold-synths and dark-electro with a hint of modern bass, while hosting local artists and performers, art made by queers, for queers, taking place all over the club; taking the crowd on a wild-ride through the club’s dancefloors and play-areas. The party takes place on May 10th with a burning lineup of DJs such as OTHR, club queen Lily Haz, Sekunde (very special surprise), a bone-shaking live set by Znzl and finishing off with Berlin’s queer-techno staple Deepneue. The event is hosted by the l-e-g-e-n-d-a-r-y ReveRso, known for her unique take on body transformation, who will be turning every dark spot of the club into a surprising new sex-positive experience for all guests. Matched with an art takeover by the one and only Hurricane, in a live body-performance piece sure to get the crowd riled-up, questioning reality, and begging for more.
